Content Direction, 2015

Working with a fine team from KBS+, I directed this site’s content to ensure it would be patient-friendly and focus on Cancer Care Ontario’s world-renown evidence-based results, rather than its organizational structure. I planned and facilitated content workshops with Subject Matter Experts across the organization, created a prioritized content production plan, and outlined content governance. I also established the site’s voice. It’s reliable, informative, honest, confident, and supportive.
