Sharpie wanted a redesign that would complement and extend their new worldwide marketing campaign, which featured David Beckham. The concept for these comps was a respectful nod to the much-loved brand: “Make Your Mark.” A paper background acted as a tactile, blank canvas for users. It conveyed bold marks and whimsical scribbles, while celebrating the product’s wonderful, clean, retro style. We won the website redesign of everyone’s favourite permanent marker. Yay!
