Content Strategy, 2018

I worked with a great Tribal team on VW.ca’s redesign of its Models section for 2019. I created a Showroom content strategy: the model pages deliver a visual impression before getting under the hood with the details. I also made sure that standard features, like a rear-view camera, are called out at a glance and that the difference between the three VW trims is crystal clear. I researched which features appeal to each model’s target audience. Then those features could be highlighted on each model’s page to deliver customized content within the template.
