Content Direction, 2016 to 2018

Working with a top-notch Tribal team, I was thrilled to steer the content portion of this massive site redesign. I led workshops with subject matter experts, prioritized which content to re-purpose and migrate, created the information architecture and content development plan, crafted the site’s voice, wrote content, and established content governance, including SEO and editorial guidelines. I also helped with user testing. Such a super rewarding project.
