Content Strategy, 2018

As part of the Tribal team working on this well respected non-profit’s site redesign, I created a content strategy that would let the many different types of supporters take appropriate action. I based the strategy on the competitive analysis and stakeholder interviews which I helped conduct. I also created the site architecture and made sure that the main menu called out to those in need of support (Apply for Housing). My suggestions for a more direct and inclusive digital voice extended, yet respected the brand guidelines. I was happy to contribute to a great brand doing such important work.
