Content Direction, 2020
I created content guidelines for Mississauga Rec’s social channels and ran a virtual workshop to get the team fluent with the new direction. Along with defining a more energetic and relatable voice, I gave pointers on hashtags and organizing the content of posts. I also provided photo guidelines that visually transformed their brand as more personable, appealing, and bright. A comparison of their current and original Instagram streams shows how they have moved beyond being text-heavy, dark, and repetitive.
