I audited and re-organized relevant content from Nicorette’s English sites into one global site structure that recognizes the crucial moment when a smoker considers quitting. Then I rewrote the content in an empathetic, friendly, supportive, and informative voice. This was quite the endeavour that successfully bolstered the brand with helpful and credible info. True story – what I learned on this project helped me coach my kiddo to stop sucking his thumb.
