I’m lucky to have written for millions of customers in the friendly, simple, and straightforward voice of this top Canadian brand. I created the content strategy and wrote for many sections of the newly designed, responsive site. I particularly liked writing the Prepaid section, with its additional twinge of irreverence and quirkiness. Plus, I refined, defined, and helped socialize editorial standards for digital.
